Job Description

Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting

Manage subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination to ensure seamless execution

Partner closely with superintendents to maintain safety, quality, and productivity

Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners

Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

Drive project closeout, turnover, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects

Strong understanding of project management processes, scheduling, and cost control

Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and communicate effectively

Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, education, or mission-critical projects is a plus

Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
