Pay Rate Range: $95,000 - $98,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift (Normal business hours)

Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated PI FM Industrial Engineer to work with our client, a global leader in smart and sustainable mobility solutions. In this role, you will support Project Implementation (PI) and Facility Management (FM) activities by defining, coordinating, and deploying field modification files across applicable product configurations, ensuring compliance with engineering, quality, safety, and customer acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities:

Define and deliver field modification files for implementation across applicable product configurations in compliance with engineering standards and customer acceptance criteria.

Plan, coordinate, and manage the creation of field modification documentation, including test procedures and implementation data.

Measure and ensure performance across quality, cost, delivery timelines, and data completeness in accordance with contractual milestones.

Coordinate staffing needs and interface with procurement to ensure timely availability of tools, materials, and resources.

Liaise with production sites, Project Implementation teams, Project Management, and customers to ensure timely and optimized deployment of modifications.

Verify completeness, accuracy, and validation of field modification files prior to deployment.

Ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence during field modification implementation, including supplier-supervised modifications when required.

Enforce and promote Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements at customer and project sites in collaboration with EHS teams.

Ensure Project Implementation and Facility Management processes are followed consistently.

Implement corrective action plans for any deviations or non-conformities within the FM implementation scope.

Maintain accurate data management and reporting within FM and project tracking tools.

Capture Return of Experience (REX) from initial modification deployments and continuously improve documentation, tools, and processes to optimize cost and schedule performance.

Support PrPIM and related stakeholders on all field modification-related matters. Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning of:

Electrical systems

Control systems

Onboard communications & network systems

Experience within process industry, railways, factory automation, or similar industrial environments.

Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.

Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and project teams. Preferred Qualifications:

Education or scholarship dedicated to the railway industry.

Prior experience supporting rail or transportation projects.

Familiarity with EHS regulations and project implementation processes in regulated environments.

Experience coordinating suppliers or external partners during implementation activities.
