Job Description

Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Monitor schedules, identify risks, and proactively resolve field challenges

Maintain clear communication with project managers, design teams, and clients

Oversee site logistics, inspections, documentation, and daily reporting

Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination

Proven ability to lead subcontractors and maintain a safe, efficient jobsite

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)

A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to craftsmanship
