Job Description*:

#Mandatory Skills:

1. AngularJS

• Strong expertise in building SPAs using AngularJS.

• Deep understanding of directives, scopes, services, dependency injection, and component-based architecture.

2. ReactJS

• Hands on experience building complex apps using React, Hooks, Redux (or equivalent state management).

• Experience with component lifecycle, functional components, virtual DOM, and performance optimization.

#Good-to-Have Skills:

Flutter

• Exposure to developing cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart.

React Native

• Basic to intermediate experience building mobile apps using React Native.

Nginx

• Familiarity with Nginx for reverse proxying, load balancing, and front-end application deployment.

#Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 8–12 years of total experience with strong front-end engineering background.

• Proven experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale web applications.

#Key Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end technical design & architecture for web applications using AngularJS and ReactJS frameworks.

• Develop scalable, high performance UI components and reusable front end modules.

• Guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless and intuitive digital experiences.

• Participate in technical planning, estimations, and roadmap definition for projects.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of front-end features—from requirement analysis to deployment.

• Drive improvements in code quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve development efficiency.

• Ensure optimized deployments, troubleshooting, and support in collaboration with DevOps and infrastructure teams.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and solution-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Passion for clean code, UI/UX quality, and emerging technologies.

• Ability to work in agile teams and manage multiple priorities.
