Position Summary

A specialist engineering and technology company, is seeking an experienced Engineering Technologist to support engineering projects, improve technological processes, and assist with the development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions. The role will work closely with engineers and technical teams to contribute to innovative projects and practical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the research, evaluation, and recommendation of engineering technologies

Support modification and improvement of existing engineering solutions and processes

Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to implement engineering solutions

Apply engineering technologies during testing, validation, and implementation phases

Conduct experiments, tests, and inspections to assess performance and compliance

Assist with analysis of data and prepare technical reports and recommendations

About You

Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in engineering technology, R&D, or manufacturing support

Practical experience in technology testing, process improvement, or implementation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in technical tools, CAD, or simulation software

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
