Job Title: Batch Operator (Application Support / .NET / SQL)

Location: Wilmington, DE 19808

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate: $00/Hour on W2

Eligibility: W2 only – Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, and TN Visa holders (C2C not allowed)

Must be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. This is a hybrid role based in Delaware (1901 N. DuPont Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808), and candidates must be able to commute to the office as required for training or colocation.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in application development and support.

• 4+ years of hands-on production support experience with .NET applications.

• 3+ years of experience developing SSIS packages.

• Strong knowledge of C#, BizTalk, SOAP, and REST services.

• Solid experience in batch design, scheduling, and execution.

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Experience with Splunk and Cloud monitoring tools.

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
