Warehouse & Shipping Technician

Position Overview

Aeroex USA is seeking a dependable, hands-on Warehouse & Shipping Technician to support daily warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and light final assembly in preparation for shipment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and getting products out the door correctly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Perform final/light assembly of products prior to shipping

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory

• Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and/or forklifts

• Prepare pallets, crates, and packaging to shipping standards

• Label, document, and stage outbound shipments

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

• Assist with inventory counts and material tracking

• Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions

• Basic mechanical aptitude for light assembly tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience with packing, crating, or freight shipments

• Familiarity with hand tools and basic assembly processes

Physical & Safety Requirements

• Steel-toed footwear required

• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday

• Adherence to all warehouse safety standards
