Document Control Specialist Construction / Engineering Seattle
Our client, a well respected and growing engineering company, has asked us to begin a search for a Document Control Specialist to support active construction and engineering projects in the Seattle area.
This role supports project teams by managing drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while working closely with engineers, project managers, and external partners.
What you will be doing
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and drawing logs
- Coordinating document distribution and version control
- Supporting project teams with compliance and audit readiness
- Working across departments to ensure accuracy and consistency
What our client is looking for
- Document control experience in construction, engineering, or civil environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with project schedules and deadlines
- Experience with document management systems preferred
