Back-end Ruby Developer

Are you an experienced Software Engineer looking to make a significant impact in a growth-oriented tech company? Here, you'll influence our roadmap and find optimal technical solutions to elevate user experience while having the opportunity to experiment and innovate.

In this role, you will report directly to our Tech Lead and take on the following responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product Manager to review project specifications.

Prepare integration plans, break down tasks, and provide estimations.

Contribute through hands-on code implementation, pull requests, code reviews, testing, and more.

You will work closely with Michael, our co-founder and CTO, alongside the product and engineering teams, including web developers, site reliability engineers, and data scientists.

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-end or Full-stack Software Engineer, with current expertise in Ruby on Rails.

Experience in a tech scale-up or a similarly dynamic and fast-paced environment.

A strong background in large-scale products, with your code impacting thousands of monthly users.

Additionally, we value:
