Bachelors Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
UPDA certificate needed.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural supervision.
Strong experience in building construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of Revit.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
High-rise building experience.
Fit-out and interior works supervision experience.
Knowledge of local authority approvals and regulations.
To oversee architectural works on site and ensure that construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
Supervise architectural works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, and structural teams to resolve design and site issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
Ensure implementation of safety standards and site regulations.
Prepare site reports, progress reports, and snag lists.
Attend coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients.
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and project requirements.
