Job Description:

The DevOps Lead is responsible for driving the organization’s DevOps strategy, ensuring seamless integration of development and operations, and fostering a culture of automation, scalability, and continuous delivery. This role leads a team of DevOps engineers, defines best practices, and ensures robust CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement DevOps frameworks, best practices, and operational standards.

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery.

Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation-first principles across teams.

Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth release cycles.

Architect and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructure.

Oversee configuration management and environment consistency across all stages.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for proactive issue detection.

Ensure compliance with security and governance standards in deployment processes.

Lead incident response for deployment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Mentor and guide DevOps engineers to strengthen technical and operational capabilities.

Continuously evaluate and implement tools for automation, containerization, and orchestration.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
