About the Role Occupational Therapist (Full-Time) - Outpatient Ortho Location: 1611 Main St, El Centro, CA 92243 Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000+ Featuring updated Productivity Incentives that reward you for patient care access, giving you more control of your own compensation!

Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditionsDevelop individualized care plans and goalsCollaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomesServe as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinicBuild strong patient relationships and support community engagementDocument thoroughly using our advanced EMR platformEnsure compliance with all state, federal, and payer requirements Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy programActive California OT license (or eligibility)Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not requiredPassion for building a thriving OT service line Required Skills Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitationAbility to develop and implement individualized care plansExcellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills Experience with hands-on manual therapy and functional movementKnowledge of acute and chronic injury managementFamiliarity with pre- and post-surgical care Pay range and compensation package Compensation Package: $85,000 - $115,000+ Featuring updated Productivity Incentives that reward you for patient care access, giving you more control of your own compensation!
