QUALIFICATIONS:
● Education: A degree in Business Studies, Marketing Management., or a similar discipline is
advantageous.
● Experience: 3–5 years of media relations experience in a public relations agency. Must have
established relationships with media professionals across lifestyle, tech, sports, and general news.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the public relations and digital marketing industries.
● Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.

● Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Preparing articles, press kits, press releases, and other content initiatives to engage the media
effectively.
● Cultivating and managing relationships with media representatives and bloggers across various
sections and areas of interest.
● Pitching press releases to targeted media outlets and blogs to generaAte coverage.
● Securing 1:1 interviews (print, online, or broadcast) for brands and their executives.
● Leading the dispatch of PR kits to media representatives and blogs.
● Identifying and pitching to the media for participation in earned and paid review programs.
● Coordinating and managing media representatives and bloggers during familiarization tours and
events.
● Following up with journalists and writers to ensure timely publication of pitches and outputs from
media engagements.
● Providing clients with consultancy and insights from a media relations perspective.
● Monitoring and clipping news coverage generated from press releases and other media
engagements to evaluate success and impact.
