Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Helper to assist with various production tasks in our facility. The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality output while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assistance in Production:

Support machine operators and production staff in daily tasks.

Assist with the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment.

Help with assembling, packaging, and labeling products as needed.

Material Handling:

Load and unload materials and products from machines and workstations.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all materials are stored properly.

Quality Control:

Conduct basic inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Report any defects or issues to supervisors promptly.

Safety and Compliance:

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Participate in training sessions and adhere to company policies.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads. Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is a plus.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team-oriented environment.

Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with manufacturing equipment is advantageous.
