Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to support the production process, ensure smooth operations, and maintain high-quality standards in a collaborative environment; this role follows supervisor direction, adheres to company policies, and offers opportunities for long-term employment with potential for permanent hire.

Responsibilities: Support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the production line; inspect products at various stages to ensure quality standards and specifications are met; assist with assembly, packaging, and labeling according to company guidelines; operate production machinery safely and report malfunctions; maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free workstations; adhere to safety guidelines and best practices at all times; collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines; manage materials, tools, and supplies and assist with inventory counts as needed.
