About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead and grow long-term client relationships for our marketing and branding company. This is a senior, remote role suited for professionals who thrive on ownership, accountability, and impact.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in customer or client relationship management within marketing, branding, or agency environments, along with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset and a strong desire to build something substantial over the long term.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring trust, alignment, and long-term engagement

Build deep, strategic relationships by understanding clients’ brands, markets, and business objectives

Coordinate with internal strategy, creative, and marketing teams to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes

Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and long-term partnerships

Manage client expectations, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking

Develop and execute client retention strategies aligned with business growth goals

Track client satisfaction, performance metrics, and relationship health

Represent the company’s values and vision across all client interactions

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in customer relations, client management, or account management within a marketing, branding, or related industry

Strong experience managing long-term and high-value client relationships remotely

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Entrepreneurial, growth-driven mindset with a desire to contribute beyond a traditional job role

Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
