Job Description
We are seeking a Litigation Project manager who can handle Initial Potential Client Consults, initial drafting of complaints, and work with our admin team to handle filings of complaints.
Any experience in the consumer finance industry, including consumer credit disputes, is highly desired.
This position is a hybrid role with expectations of attendance in our downtown Los Angeles office for at least 3 days per week.Compensation:
$41,600 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
Conduct initial client intake consults alongside a member of our litigation team
Initial drafting of complaints and pleadingsQualifications:
Background in the legal industry preferred
Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
Sales or customer service experience highly valued
Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
Skilled with AI and LLMs, such as ChatGPT and Gemini
Attention to detail and strong writing skills
