Main Duties:

Respond to and resolve technical issues regarding hardware, software, and networks via phone, email, or in-person.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and manage incidents, escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access rights, and password management.

Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of IT infrastructure.

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and peripherals.

Provide guidance and training to users to enhance their understanding of company systems.

Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to address cross-functional technical issues.

Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical business needs.

What skills do you need:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.

Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and hardware troubleshooting (assembly/disassembly).

Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) and connectivity troubleshooting.

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCITP, or similar are considered an asset.

Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and basic MSSQL queries is preferred.

Possession of a valid Category B driving license.

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
