The Role:
Our client's Delivery team is expanding, and they are looking for a high-caliber Project Manager to join their fast-growing organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major business transformation and to see your role evolve alongside the company's growth. You will play a critical role in managing and coordinating projects across one or more Software Development teams, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with other Project Managers, Product Managers, and cross-functional business teams to deliver products and services seamlessly. This is a high-visibility position, placing you at the forefront of company initiatives and allowing you to work directly with senior management and technology leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver multiple projects of varying complexity and size
Coordinate internal and remote software development teams
Hold task owners accountable for deliverables and lead regular project meetings
Facilitate Scrum events, discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution
Track sprint commitments and promote team ownership to ensure timely delivery
Ensure requirements are complete, clear, and implementation-ready
Identify and remove impediments to meet project deadlines
Collaborate with teams to provide high-level estimations and create release plans
Coordinate dependencies across teams and functions
Support internal and external communication to improve transparency and stakeholder alignment
Work closely with Product Managers to ensure backlogs are well-defined, estimated, and prioritised
Monitor and analyse team metrics to support fast and efficient delivery
Follow and continuously improve company processes
Apply appropriate project management methodologies and tools
Your Profile:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role
Experience with project management software, analysis, and reporting methods
Strong knowledge of tools and techniques such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and professional approach with a strong focus on quality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proven ability to identify process gaps and propose improvements
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Nice to Have:
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications
Programming or professional technical background
Experience within the FX industry
