Job Summary

Our client is seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services offered by ProPlus Logics.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Schedule meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate business deals.

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience or strong interest in sales and business development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Software Services sales.

Knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition.

Understanding of B2B sales processes.
