Customer Operations Planner

We are looking for a team member to join the Customer Operations Team with excellent knowledge of how the supply chain process works, have a positive impact on the front line ensuring orders are processed efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

Working together with CAT(Caucasus and Central Asian Territories) customers and sales team and supporting the team for claim management (returns & damages)

Optimize customer inventories through analysis and operations of the replenishment system

Participate customer meetings driving operations agenda

Order to Cash process optimization

Resolves unacceptable situations with customers, as well as problems between shipping locations, carriers, receiving departments, inventory analysts, and buyers to ensure planned arrival of product

Acts as liaison between customer, sales, customer service and carriers

Manage allocation process in the Business Unit with Customer Development team, in case of constrained supply

Based in Istanbul, the main focus of this position is servicing our B2B customers Operational needs to the highest possible standard. This requires independent management of customer orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims resolution. It requires close collaboration with the LEGO Sales team to ensure alignment and that we deliver the best for our customers every day.

Do you have what it takes?

Willingness to experience within supply chain organization (especially in customer service department).

Knowledge of order to cash process, logistic services.

Strong collaboration ability to develop strong relationships.

Ability to analyze multiple/different source of data to identify issues, incl. pro-active issues solving.

Experience working with SAP, Excel and Outlook.

Experience in Data Analytics using Power BI.

Fluent in written and spoken English & Russian.
