Operations Executive

Job Description

The Job:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our newly established back-office team in India. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are keen to learn and build a strong foundation in operations within a growing international financial services business.

You will support day-to-day operational activities, ensure accuracy of data and documentation, and work closely with team members to meet internal service timelines. Full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across internal operational systems

Supporting team members by extracting information and preparing required documentation

Ensuring client records and operational documents are completed and maintained to required standards

Following standard operating procedures and operational checklists consistently

Assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Completing assigned activities and review packs in a timely manner (training will be provided)

Collaborating with team members to meet internal timelines and quality benchmarks

Supporting continuous improvement of operational processes

Taking ownership of new tasks and responsibilities as part of ongoing learning and growth

Performing other duties as directed

Ideal Candidate

You are a fresh graduate (B.Com / BBA / B.A or similar) or an early-career professional.

You have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

You have good written and verbal communication skills

You have the willingness and ability to learn new systems and processes

You have the ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently when required

You have a positive attitude with a proactive and collaborative approach to work
