Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Title: Full-Charge Bookkeeper

Department: Accounting

Reports to: Owner

Work start and end time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Scale: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE + Benefits

Position Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting. This position will also be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls, adherence to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. Responsible for payroll, timekeeping, accounts payable and accounts receivables. Responsible for collections of receivables.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Ability to multi-task

• Well organized and ability to work independently

• Advanced customer service skills

• Advanced Computer skills

• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

• Combined five years of bookkeeping customer service, dispatching, or project management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Energetic personality

• Well organized and ability to work independently

Prefer experience with QuickBooks and Service Titan
