Position Overview
The client is seeking an experienced (.NET Developer) with 10+ years of hands-on development experience to support the design, development, and implementation of large, complex enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work across diverse platforms, and close collaboration with business users, project managers, and technical architects.
This is a fully onsite position located at the State Office Tower in downtown Columbus.
Required Experience & Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a .NET Developer
Bachelor's degree (4-year college degree) or equivalent technical education (advanced study preferred)
Proven hands-on experience in:
Technical design and development within large, complex systems
Working with multiple technologies and platforms
Integrating diverse technical environments and cross-platform solutions
Strong experience collaborating with:
Business users
Project managers
Technical architects
Demonstrated ability to:
Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Lead or participate in technical meetings and solution discussions Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement new or enhanced .NET-based applications
Contribute to solution design and technical architecture decisions
Support project planning activities, including task definition and technical estimates
Recommend technical approaches and best practices
Participate in or lead meetings related to application development programs
Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Ensure software quality, performance, security, and compliance with IT standards
