Position Type: Remote

Contract Length: 4 months + extensions

Position Overview:

This role manages assigned IT projects across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery meets defined requirements, quality standards, and timelines. The position works closely with stakeholders, project teams, and end users to manage risks, oversee deliverables, and drive projects successfully through completion.

Duties:

Manage assigned IT projects through all phases of the project management lifecycle

Define project requirements, quality standards, timelines, and success criteria

Identify, assess, and manage risks that may impact project scope, schedule, or quality

Define and coordinate project activities required to produce approved deliverables

Evaluate deliverables and confirm readiness to advance to subsequent project phases

Oversee testing activities, address issues identified during testing, and validate outcomes

Ensure scheduled timeframes are met and escalate delivery issues as needed

Prepare and deliver regular project status updates, performance metrics, and progress reports

Meet with stakeholders to gather needs, define expectations, and obtain ongoing feedback

Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to review applications and project progress

Manage and approve scope, schedule, and requirement changes within assigned projects

Attend project and governance meetings and provide direction to professional and technical staffRequired Skills:

6 years of experience in IT Project Management supporting complex technology initiatives

6 years of experience managing and delivering Agile-based IT projects

6 years of experience using Microsoft Office and related tools, including SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

6 years of demonstrated analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

6 years of experience using Azure DevOps and GIT for project tracking, version control, and collaboration
