HR Manager / Recruiter (Fluent Russian & English)

Location: Remote (Ukraine, Cyprus, Russia, Kazakhstan)

About the Opportunity

A growing fintech company specialising in analytics and risk management solutions for financial institutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Recruiter to join their international team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in building and scaling a dynamic, multi-national workforce.

Responsibilities

Organising and managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer

Creating and posting job openings across various sourcing channels

Searching for and selecting candidates from EU countries

Filling international administrative and IT positions

Conducting welcome meetings and one-on-one check-ins with employees

Managing the onboarding process for new team members

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in HR management

Higher education in Psychology, Management, or Economics

Proven experience filling international administrative and IT positions

Experience in mass/volume recruitment

Ability to work at a fast pace and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Confident user of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva

Access to your own PC/laptop

What's on Offer

Official employment contract

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00

Competitive salary based on location:

Cyprus: €2,500–€3,500 Gross monthly

Ukraine: UAH 40,000–70,000 (with potential for relocation)

Russia: RUB 55,000–150,000 (depending on role level)

Kazakhstan: KZT 270,000–800,000 (depending on role level)
