Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:

The Loan Sales Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional service by assisting customers both in-person and over the phone. You'll help identify the right loan products to meet customer needs, process payments, manage delinquency accounts, and support loan origination and renewals.

Pay: $15.75/hour

Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Weekends: Always Off

Type: Temp-to-Hire Key Responsibilities:

Recommend products and services that align with customer needs and branch sales goals

Conduct follow-up calls to collect and arrange payment on customer accounts

Review customer information for accuracy and document all interactions appropriately

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
