Cabinet Assembler - General Cabinet Production

Job Description

The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for building and assembling high-quality cabinets and supporting the overall production process. This role involves hands-on work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established standards to ensure every product meets our quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Construct, assemble, and prepare cabinet components according to specifications.

Inspect materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Maintain, clean, and properly store tools, machinery, and work areas to support a safe and organized environment.

Work closely with team members and other assemblers to meet daily production goals and follow established processes.

Assist in other areas of the factory as needed to support workflow and production demands.

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essential.
