Project Manager at Sevita
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
Collaborate with team members to identify project goals, timelines, and resources needed
Develop project plans, including tasks, schedules, and assignments
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion
Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance to team members
Ensure quality standards are met and deliverables are of high quality
Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to project work
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project team members
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
Experience in the healthcare or social services industry
Experience working with diverse populations and individuals with special needs
Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $69,000 - $109,000 per year
