Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. The Specialist will manage customer accounts, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and implement CRM strategies to ensure long-term customer retention. Additional responsibilities include monitoring customer data, analyzing trends to improve customer acquisition and satisfaction, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies. The role also involves facilitating the resolution of customer inquiries or issues to enhance overall client experience.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and customer service skills
Proficiency in Sales and Communication skills to build and nurture client relationships
Analytical Skills for data analysis and identifying customer trends
Project Management skills to efficiently prioritize and organize tasks
Proficiency in CRM software and related tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in sales, account management, or customer service is a plus
