Event Concierge

Summary

The Event Concierge is responsible for assisting Willets Point Entertainment with the execution of events at Citi Field. This includes, but is not limited to, concerts, non-baseball sporting events, festivals, races, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, and private social events, such as weddings and Bar Mitzvahs.

Job Responsibilities

Greet event guests

Provide directions and general ballpark information

Provide event information and itinerary and facilitate event flow

Staff coat check

Distribute event items

Assist with event preparation and set-up

Maintain accurate guest count

Assist clients with event registration and execution

Escort VIP clients and guests throughout the ballpark

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Must have demonstrated strong guest service skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and walk lengthy distances

Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and motivation to complete the job correctly

Team-oriented and able to follow directions in a timely manner
