Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, weed control, and pest/disease treatments per industry standards.

Assess lawns and provide treatment program estimates and recommendations.

Maintain service truck, handle chemicals safely, and prepare solutions following safety guidelines.

Educate clients on treatments, address concerns, and offer lawncare advice.

Keep detailed records of services performed and products used.

Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and state/local regulations.

Job Requirements

Applicators must pass an IDA State Licensing exam for a commercial operator as ab essential part of their employment. Taylor's Way will help you prepare and coordinate testing at our facility for qualified applicants.

To fit in at Taylor's Way you must be friendly, care about your clients, and feel a tremendous personal responsibility to provide excellent quality.

You must have a valid IL driver's license and a clean driving record.

We work Monday -- Friday. On occasion, during peak times of the year, in April-Sept you must be able to work on Saturdays.

You must be able to pass a drug test and no D.U.I.
