Summary Job Description

This position is required to apply the final coats of stain, lacquer, and other finishes to the furniture.

Essential Duties

Follows the instructions of the work order for the finish that is required on the product

Uses a spray gun to apply finish to products

Takes the finish schedule and color panel and follows the process from start to finish

Must follow all safety policies and procedures

All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous finishing experience a plus

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling and twisting throughout the day

Frequent repetitive motions requiring grasping, pushing/pulling and fine hand manipulation

Frequently reaching at, above, or below shoulder level

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; rarely up to 75 lbs.
