Main Responsibilities

1. Record and process operational data (ships, cargo, loading/unloading).

2. Assist in cargo handling activities using appropriate equipment.

3. Check and prepare required shipping documents to ensure compliance.

4. Support preparation of operational and stowage plans.

5. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth operations.

6. Compile and submit reports and documents for billing and monitoring.

7. Follow safety procedures and support QHSE programs in daily work.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Posses Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic/Engineering/Management/Law/Communication

2. Must have at least 2 years experience as operational staff in logistic/forwarding/similar industries, or 3 years experience as operational staff in various industries

3. Good knowledge and technical understanding in operational logistic activity

4. Good knowledge and understanding about logistic industry and related aspect, also possess basic computer knowledge and technical data processing

5. Have a strong communicational and analytical skill

6. Have at least passive (written) English skill
