Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This role is responsible for handling inquiries, processing orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate must be organized, responsive, and able to communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, and production departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Receive, process, and follow up on customer orders and quotations.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Track order status and provide customers with updates when needed.
Prepare and issue invoices, delivery notes, and other customer-related documents.
Work closely with the sales team to support customer needs and follow up on pending quotations.
Assist the finance department in resolving invoice or payment-related queries.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication.
Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of customer service experience or Sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of order processing, inventory, or supply chain processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of the company’s product line (Century Home appliances).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
