Job Details
The Senior Electrical Project Manager will lead complex electrical construction projects across industrial sectors. You’ll oversee full project lifecycle execution, working closely with our highly skilled field teams, clients, and in-house Master Electrician to deliver high-quality, code-compliant work in high-stakes industrial environments.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, complex settings and brings deep technical knowledge of industrial electrical and PLC systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple complex projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Oversee and enforce safety, schedule, and quality standards on job sites
Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to resolve technical issues
Review electrical plans and ensure all installations meet project specs and code
Support field crews with input from Master Electrician as needed
Handle RFI submittals, change orders, project forecasting, and reporting
Maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors, and internal teams
Requirements
7+ years of experience managing electrical construction projects, preferably in heavy industrial, wastewater, oil & gas, or chemical environments
Hands-on knowledge of PLC systems, including pump controls, pressure and process control systems
Expertise in industrial electrical systems and controls
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and control diagrams
Proven experience leading teams and coordinating across trades and disciplines
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred
Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician – Highly Preferred
OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training
TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) – a plus
