In this role, you will:
Operate CNC machining and turning centers to produce high-quality precision parts and instruments.
Work from detailed part drawings and specifications, ensuring dimensional accuracy within +/- .05mm.
Utilize precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to inspect workpieces.
Perform minor tool changes and adjustments to maintain tolerances and meet quality standards.
Identify and report machine malfunctions and operating issues to the Lead for resolution.
Load, inspect, assemble, and package parts according to work instructions and quality alerts.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to inspection frequencies.
Be cross-trained on different machines to support production needs.
Requirements
What We Need from You:
6+ months of experience operating CNC machines
Working knowledge of Fanuc controls on machines such as Mori Seiki, Okumas, and Harding
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift/handle heavy objects frequently and stand for 8 hours
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Consistent attendance and adherence to safety protocols
