Responsibilities
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through provided leads to introduce Kelley Financial Services' insurance products.
Information Dissemination: Clearly convey the benefits and features of our insurance policies to prospective customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with interested clients for our sales representatives to provide in-depth insurance consultations.
Data Entry: Accurately input customer information and call details into our CRM system for seamless tracking and follow-up.
Feedback Collection: Gather insights from customer interactions to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with any additional tasks necessary to achieve overall company goals.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing or a sales environment is preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and engaging phone demeanor.
Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
Customer-Centric: Strong focus on customer service and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information efficiently.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Availability: Must be willing to work on-site in Jupiter, Florida, with a standard schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
