We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the Cedar Falls area with pay starting at 125K. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets

Coordinate project team members and stakeholders

Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met

Identify and mitigate project risks

Report on project status to senior management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Proven work experience as a Project Manager

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Proficient in project management software

Ability to work well under pressure
