It's a fun place to explore with attractions like the Columbus Zoo, Short North arts district, and Easton Town Center for shopping and entertainment!Key DutiesConducts a nutrition assessment for patients at nutritional risk per facility policies and proceduresDevelops and implements an individualized plan for nutrition intervention based on nutrition assessment and evidence-based standardsAssess educational needs and provide nutrition counseling for individuals and groupsCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team in meetings and/or roundsExperience with electronic charting, the Nutrition Care Process and writing PES statements to provide appropriate documentation for the plan of careWorks cooperatively with food service staff to ensure conformance to diet prescriptionsDemonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients’ protected health information Ability to perform work independently with minimal trainingRequired Licenses/CertificationsCurrent Registered Dietitian credentialed by CDROH state dietitian license is required prior to starting positionIf you’re looking for better work-life balance, consider consulting.
