Responsibilities Lead the design and development of efficient, highly scalable and secure technology systems, features, and services to build and integrate complex e-commerce solutions that meet users' needs and align with strategic business objectives.

Own the design of products' critical components to improve performance across the entire software development lifecycle, from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement.

Define the short- and long-term technical roadmap for engineering team.

Manage project operations and execution, including defining priorities, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to design and architect complex technology solutions, develop analytical tools to evaluate product performance and optimize operational efficiency.

Build and expand engineering team resources.

Manage and mentor junior and mid-level team members, providing technical guidance and expertise and sharing engineering best practices.

Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following: Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules; Agile development process and leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master; Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data to support the monitoring and evaluation of internet product performance using SQL, Python or R; Creating and maintaining the software development roadmap for engineers; Designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems to improve performance of products and the whole lifecycle of software services; and Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention.
