Youth Pastor

Arlington Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Youth Pastor in our church.

This role is vital in guiding and shepherding the youth of our congregation while supporting the overall pastoral ministry of the church.

The ideal candidate will have a heart for youth ministry, a deep connection with Southern Baptist beliefs, and the ability to foster strong relationships with both youth and their families.
