Associate Dentist – Whitehall, OH

Our large, well-established private dental practice in Whitehall, OH is seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for someone with a great personality who provides high-quality dentistry and values patient care. This is a busy practice with strong patient flow, hands-on mentorship, and a supportive team environment. You will not be thrown in without support. Side-by-side guidance is available to help you grow and succeed.

Pay & Compensation

Very competitive compensation

Percentage based on personal collections or daily minimums

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a patient-focused approach

Diagnose and treat cavities, cracked or fractured teeth, and oral diseases

Perform exams, fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures

Administer local anesthetics and sedation as needed

Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests

Create and present treatment plans

Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and aftercare

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide excellent patient care

Requirements

DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school

Active dental license or ability to obtain

CPR certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, ethical, and patient-centered

Team-oriented mindset

New grads and experienced dentists are welcome to apply
