CRNA Locums Job Warsaw, IndianaDates of Assignment: April 6-9 and ongoing

Details of Assignment:

- Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm. Call hours 7pm-7am.

- Case mix required: General, Ortho, ENDO, Podiatry - (every other week)

- Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

- All CRNA practice

- EMR is EPIC
