Requirements:

LPN License (Missouri)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Compassion, reliability & dedication to resident care

Your Nightly Responsibilities:

Provide safe, attentive care to residents

Monitor health changes & report to RNs/physicians

Administer medications & treatments

Supervise CNAs & ensure care plan compliance

Document care & resident updates accurately

Maintain a clean, safe environment

Communicate clearly with residents & team members
