A Salesforce Developer designs, codes, tests, and implements custom applications and solutions on the Salesforce platform, using tools like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs to meet business needs, integrating with other systems, and ensuring code quality and platform performance through best practices, documentation, and troubleshooting. They work with administrators and business analysts, managing the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support, focusing on enhancing efficiency and user experience.

Core Responsibilities:

Custom Development:

Build apps using Apex (classes, triggers), Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.

Integration:

Connect Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Automation:

Develop custom workflows, flows, and process automation.

Maintenance & Support:

Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing system support.

Deployment:

Manage release cycles using DevOps tools like Copado, ensuring smooth updates.
