We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Support Intern to assist our Human Resources team with various operational and administrative tasks. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and compliance-related functions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Track the trainer and facilitator's report for their session.
Ensure that all the necessary reports for each session are submitted by the trainer.
*Update the participant group chat of any session cancellation.
Inform managers if there are any issues during the sessions.
Requirements
*Currently enrolled or a Fresh graduate in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good interpersonal skills.
*Hands-on to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Humble and eager to learn.
*Driven and possesses a positive mindset.
Work Structured
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (SGT/PHT),
Monday to Friday work schedule.
Willingness to transition into a full-time position upon successful completion of the 4–6 month internship period
