We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in the greater Columbus area. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in civil litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal research, writing, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in civil litigation cases.

Conduct legal research and analysis.

Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.

Prepare for and attend trials.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the state of Ohio.

Proven experience in civil litigation (Family Litigation Strongly preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The pay listed for this role is $140k.
