Our client is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead their financial operations and ensure the integrity of all accounting and reporting functions. As Controller, you will oversee the accounting department and play a key role in shaping financial strategy, managing internal controls, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that enhance organizational performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes.

Oversee preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Develop and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Supervise payroll and related compliance functions to guarantee timely and accurate compensation.

Drive process improvements and implement workflow automation to increase efficiency and accuracy across financial operations.

Collaborate with executive leadership and department heads to align financial practices with organizational goals. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with Paychex payroll software a plus.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional initiatives effectively. #INJAN2026
