Palletizer Operator- Days

Debbie's Staffing is recruiting Warehouse Palletizer Operators for our client located in Kannapolis, NC!

Schedule: 6:00am-6:30pm on a 2,2,3 schedule.

Pay: $18.00/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire!

Essential Functions:

Operates controls for palletizer machinery in accordance with prints and specifications.

Ensures all materials are correct based on the production schedule for all products being packaged.

Monitors and inspect all areas of machinery to identify and detect defective packaging.

Conduct inspection on empty pallets and materials to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications.

Adheres to all health, food safety, HAACP, allergen, sanitation standard operation procedures and good manufacturing practices.

Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment.

Fills out required paperwork accurately.

Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

Other duties as assigned

Successful Candidate Qualifications:

Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entrail frequent bending and stooping.

Must be able to lift up to 25lbs at a time.

Must have reliable transportation.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
